Interfire

INTERFIRE® fulfils the heat shielding function which provides the insulation needed to achieve class EI. It sets new quality standards for safety, transparency, sound reduction, temperature stability and light transmission. All INTERFIRE® glasses can be combined with other functional glass for either internal applications or in facades to meet additional requirements of solar control, thermal control, sound reduction or decoration.

INTERFIRE® is internationally tested according to EN 1363 / 1364 as well as national standards, classified according to prEN 13501 and certified in the class :

Class EI (Integrity + Insulation)

• Single compound – >16mm – Timber and Steel frames
• Double glazing – >34mm – Timber and Steel frames

Fire Resistance times up to 120 minutes
